Las Cortes, Inc. is a corporation that was authorized by the City Council on December 20, 2005, for the sole purpose of creating affordable housing, and is currently the only Oxnard based non-profit  that produces affordable housing.

 Las Cortes, Inc. is involved in the development of three affordable housing projects: Las Cortes, which is the demolition and replacement of 260 public housing units, Las Villas de Paseo Nuevo, a 72 unit affordable rental housing project located in the Cypress Neighborhood, and Terraza de las Cortes, which involves the development of 4.22 acres located North of Carmelita Court and East of Felicia Court, Oxnard, CA 93030.
